These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Illinois without regard to conflicts of laws principles. By using this Site, you hereby agree that any and all disputes regarding these Terms will be subject to the federal and state courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Statement in Compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England & Wales

Winston Law LLP is a limited liability corporation registered in under number and is authorised and regulated. We use the word ‘partner’ to refer to a member of the LLC or to an employee or consultant with equivalent status. A list of members is open to inspection at the registered office. A list of the names of the partners of Winston Law LLP is open to inspection at its principal place of business, and such persons are either solicitors, registered foreign lawyers or European lawyers. We are affiliated with the firm Winston Law LLC, a limited liability partnership organized under the laws of Illinois. Information on the regulations of the SRA can be found online on the SRA’s Handbook site at http://www.sra.org.uk/handbook/ and a link to the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct 2011 (“the Code”). The Handbook and the Code and various other legislative instruments referenced in the Handbook and the Code govern the conduct of the firm. This internet site is provided by Winston Law.

If Winston Law fails to act with respect to your breach or anyone else’s breach on any occasion, Winston Law is not waiving its right to act with respect to future or similar breaches.

If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
